Low Glycemic No Added Sugar - Strawberry Jam Recipe Using Stevia Sweetener

I don't know where you live but, here in Oregon Mount Hood Strawberries have come into season. If you have never had them, you must. They are sweet and extremely flavorful. Wherever you live Strawberries are coming into season. You can get some great deals as the season peaks. Now is the time to make Strawberry Jam. It is way easier than what you might think and by using Fructevia, Steviva Brand Stevia Blend and Steviva Brand Stevia Powder instead of sugar you will be cutting out all the unnecessary sugars and carbs.You will be making a lot here so give it to friends and family. It makes a great gift!

Ingredients:
5 1/2 cups crushed strawberries
1 package powdered pectin
8 cups Fructevia, Steviva Brand Stevia Blend or 1 teaspoon Steviva Brand Stevia Powder

Directions:
Sort and wash fully ripe strawberries; Remove stems and caps. Crush berries. Measure crushed strawberries into a kettle. Add pectin and stir well. Place on high heat and stirring constantly, bring quickly to a full boil with bubbles over the entire surface. Add Fructevia, Steviva Brand Stevia Blend or 1 teaspoon Steviva Brand Stevia Powder, continue stirring, and heat again to a full bubbling boil. Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; skim. Fill and seal containers. Process 5 minutes in boiling water bath.
