Low Glycemic No Added Sugar Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Skill Level: Easy

This is the most versatile dressing. Aside being great on salads, it can be used as marinade for beef, pork or poultry and tastes delicious. Best of all it is low in sugar.

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon
Steviva Brand Stevia Blend, Fructevia or a tiny dash of Steviva Brand Stevia Powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon basil, chopped

Instructions:
1. Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, chicken broth,
Steviva Brand Stevia Blend, Fructevia or Steviva Brand Stevia Powder, salt and pepper in a medium size bowl and whisk until well blended.
2. Cover and refrigerate.
