Low Glycemic Sugar Free Sweet Mint Tea Recipe Using Stevia

Low Glycemic Sugar Free Sweet Mint Tea

Nothing starts the day better than a cup of tea. Warm or cold is soothes the nerves and energizes the soul. This great mint green tea will bring good health to you.

Ingredients:
12 teaspoons of Green Tea
12 teaspoons Fresh mint.
3 quart of water.
1/3 cup Fructevia, Steviva Brand Stevia Blend or a dash of Steviva Brand Stevia Powder or better yet 1/8 cup of our Organic tea cut stevia leaves.

Directions:
In a large pot, bring 3 quarts water to a boil.
Add the Green Tea and Mint. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Let cool about 1 hour.
Line a strainer with a double thickness of cheesecloth. Pour tea through prepared strainer into a large thermos or pitcher. Discard solids in the strainer. Pour tea, hot or cold, into ice-filled glasses.
Add Fructevia, Steviva Brand Stevia Blend, Steviva Brand Stevia Powder or Organic tea cut stevia leaves separately to add to taste.
