Low Glycemic Sugar Free High Protein Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:
1 - 12 oz. package soft silken tofu
1 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C Fructevia, Steviva Blend or 1/8 tsp. Steviva Brand Stevia Powder
Pinch of cinnamon

Directions:
Blend in blender until smooth. Chill for about 1 hour or more. Serve in small bowl.
