Low Glycemic Sugar Free Chocolate Applesauce Brownies Recipe Made with Stevia Sweetener

Low Glycemic Sugar Free Chocolate Applesauce Brownies

Skill Level: Easy

Ingredients:
3/4 cup chocolate protein powder
3/4 cup oat flour (if you don't have any just put some oats in a blender and chop them until they are powder)
4 tsp Steviva Brand Stevia Blend or Fructevia
3 tb sp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
a dash salt
2 egg whites
3/4 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
3 tb sp peanut butter
2 tb sp. water
1 tsp. vanilla extract – optional

Preparation:
Mix the ingredients together and pour into a greased 8x8 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
